Off fore landing:

This is the foot with the cyst on the navicular bone and the tear in the DDFT.

Mid December
Easy break over shoes with v slight raise to the heel and plastic support pad.

When he extends his leg forwards it is positioned for a toe first landing.

As his hoof comes into contact with the ground it just about lands flat.

The day after his shoes were removed, he is still clearly stretching forward ready for a toe first landing...

 ...although he is still landing flat.













14th February 2015

Starting to get somewhere. Is now landing heel first (just).

6 weeks after removing Red's shoes he is clearly landing heel first!
